Since May 1, 2000, when Novell PSH started, its range of services has grown significantly. The activities of the company that originally provided Novell-branded consulting and later support services, can now be grouped into five main areas:

consulting services

The goal of the consulting services is to identify the real needs of customers and to create the best solutions for those needs. With our expertise and help new services can be implemented more quickly, the systems can be used more efficiently and the multitude of systems present in today’s enterprise IT environment can be integrated much more easily. Our strengths show most spectacularly in large, complex projects –for example, when building systems that spread to multiple sites or during integration and consolidation projects that involve the whole company.

Our company mainly provides technical consulting; nevertheless, our portfolio of services could not be complete without business consulting services, project management and various assessment and quality control activities. Consulting projects are fully supported by the other parts of the company: if needed, special applications are developed, or 24/7 support is provided to guarantee the success of a project.

From the wide range of our support service portfolio –from telephone support during working hours through remote system management to continuous support with guaranteed availability for critical systems –we believe everyone can find the right choice for their systems and their company. We try to make the selection process easier by offering discounted yearly contracts that were fine-tuned based on the actual feedback from our customers.
The expertise and long experience of our certified professionals make it possible for us to provide services –telephone and on-site support, proactive remote management and consulting –that previously could only be accessed from abroad. technical training

We are happy to share what we know. We offer customized trainings specifically tuned to the customer’s requirements, furthermore, special technical courses for the operators of the systems. Again, our strength comes from the experience and the solid unity of our services: if necessary, in front of their very own systems we can teach the professionals of our customers tricks and tips that would be very difficult, if possible at all, to find in books.

application development

During the years of support, in several cases we ended up developing applications –in some cases, utilities for our very own projects, in other cases, we built custom systems together with others for well-specified purposes. Starting from 2002, we invested in creating a versatile and flexible development team that can help not only with writing support and consulting tools but can also perform infrastructure- or business-related custom developments as well. According to the global strategy of Novell, we use the most modern tools and open standard-based integration solutions for development. The exteNd development tools and our applications that build on the Novell directory offer the comfort and benefits of the web-based interface together with the reliability of a proven security system.
